Career Journey
Taught me that customer experience and people experience are the same thing. How a business treats its team is how the team treats everyone else.
Taught me the foundations — employment law, workers compensation, complex investigations, enterprise agreements, change management, and what governance actually looks like. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
Taught me values-led leadership. Helping the human earth angels do what most people, including me, couldn't do in a care role — that stays with you.
Taught me that speed matters—but people matter more. Working across growing businesses, scale-ups and family businesses showed me what business owners actually need: practical support, not paperwork.
